How to make chrome always sync?

There was a problem with the remote work of employees.
Enabled syncing of multiple accounts in chrome. Passwords are saved there.
But periodically, on some browser accounts, the status is Paused in synchronization .
You have to connect and re-enter the password to the google account so that the synchronization is restored.

It's not hard to enter a password, but when it's 30 employees with different passwords and 4 different browser profiles it becomes a resource intensive task.
