How to make chroma key video in real time on the website?

Please tell me how to organize a chromakey video with your own interface, that is, you need to shoot a video in real time and overlay it on another. I googled obs and xsplit, but it is necessary that there are roughly 3 buttons: start, stop, select a background and a window with the result. What is the best way to implement this? I'm leaning towards js libraries (I found such), since it's easier to make the necessary buttons on html + css, but I'm not sure that they will cut out the background with high quality compared to ready-made programs.
