How to make [category] work in {include file="tpl"}?

Hello. Look at the code:
It's in main.tpl

[not-category=3-10][not-available=main]{content}[/not-available][/not-category]
[category=3-10]{include file="catalog.tpl"}[/category]

It's in catalog.tpl

[category=3]{custom category="3-10" limit="4" order="date"}[/category]
[category=4-10]{content}[/category]

Being in any category from 3 to 10 dle ignores everything and displays both {custom... and {content} at once. It doesn't even hide the [category=3] tag and displays that word on the screen. Tell me how to make [category] work in the include?
