How to make Bitrix save photos to the upload/iblok/..../11.png folder?

When uploading photos to the news (and not only to the news, but also to the gallery), Bitrik tries to save the photo to http://my site.ru/iblock/d9d/d9d3faa03eb5422b457ba2470534a254/11.png , where he does not find it.
While before and on the local version it saved to upload/iblock/dfs/fsdfas/11.png
How can I make it save the photo as before to the folder upload/iblok/..../11.png ?
Full cache reset did not help =(

The problem was due to not quite correct cloud storage settings.
