How to make autocomplete cells in Google Spreadsheet?

Hello. I'm trying to make a dynamic description of objects selected from a drop-down list (screenshot).
I made a second tab with descriptions, made a bunch of three cells given in the example with a cell containing a list:
=IF(C4='Sheet2'!A1;'Sheet2'!B1 )
and it works for the registered item.
But when I change the position in the drop-down list, for example, to 2, the values ​​are not taken.
In general, I understand why, but I just can’t figure out how to make it work and fill 3 cells with the characteristics of the selected object.
