How to make authorization in a web application like on Tomcat?

There is an application in the Tomcat container, when entering the Manager, an authorization window pops up, how can I do the same when entering at a different url, for example: localhost:8080/MyApp? Login and password can be taken from the same tomcat-users.xml file
