It is necessary with the battery pulled out and the charging turned off, unscrew the memory cover from the bottom and try first one module in each of the slots, then the other. During removal, it is necessary to turn off the charging and battery.
If it doesn't help, then repair it. Again, a simple option, if the BIOS needs to be reloaded, it will be cheap and fast. If the dump chip - then everything is complicated and expensive. Most often, it is cheaper to buy a new laptop.
