If the asterisk is bare - make the script a mysql base, and organizing html output under it is not a problem on phpmyadmin like people do.
The question is more serious if you have not only sip-subscribers, but also dahdi - that is, the asterisk has a junction with a regular PBX and some of the people from your directory hang on that PBX ... Here you already have to sweat. But everything is solved.
As always, there are two options:
1) for a long time, on your own, but for free;
2) fast, high quality, but for the money.
You decide. On my own behalf, I will say that, as a first approximation, this issue can be resolved remotely with a competent technical support engineer of any fairly competent office for VoIP solutions.
