How to make an OS form with file upload?

Hello World!
There is a project on bitrix with a front on nuxt.js
The task is to make a feedback form with the ability to upload files. I have no idea how to implement. I believe that it is better to store files using Bitrix.
Any ideas how to do this? On what Bitrix modules? Which nuxt methods to use?
