How to make an MVP without programming knowledge?
I need to create an MVP for a startup, but having only experience in IT management and system components, what I can and did is a beautifully executed tech task with a detailed description and wireframing. Obviously, you won’t get traction with this and you won’t go to an investor.
At this stage, I can’t fully finance the development from professionals, so there is only one way out, try to do everything myself or at least part of it ...
The web platform that I need to develop is similar to iTalki - reservation, schedule, payment, sessions, profiles, tags, panels for teachers, students, administrators, statistics, reports (at least at the BASIC level).
Can you please advise if it is possible to do this yourself and what relatively simple tool can be used for this? Is it possible to use some framework (drupal, joomla) or will it not be suitable for my tasks at all?
Thank you.

If there are wireframes, you can use them to roll out the design on the bootstrap.
And from this already something can be implemented even on ... WordPress - it can also be used as a framework in the same way. And the front can be done even on Angular. Or just regular WordPress pages while building the structure. In the beginning, a lot of things will be just static pages with basic functionality.
As a result, the cost will not be exorbitant, but the functionality will be very basic. That is, you can pay only for the design (or find something more or less how you see it should look, and buy it for 20 bucks) + layout (for 100-200 bucks, or where you buy the design there will already be layout), well, pull it all on the VP for 100 bucks too, and then you can finish it on an hourly basis, you can also shrink to nonsense in terms of money, put fixes together, and give parts to freelance. But it will already be possible to show some kind of MVP in order to continue talking.
And even then it will be clear whether it is worth redoing for some kind of Laravel, or further sawing the version on WordPress for the time being.
