I saw on one of the sites a cool online consultant in the form of a girl walking along the bottom border of the user's screen and offering something to the site visitor. See a consultation or video.
Unfortunately, I forgot where I saw it ..
Maybe someone knows how to make such a chip?

From a purely technical point of view, this is solved by simply linking an article (text) or video to a specific product (an element of an info block within Bitrix).
When a user visits a page or the user becomes blunt, a girl appears and offers to read an article or watch a video, or conduct a consultation (during the consultation, some kind of jivosite opens, I think there is no point in sawing my consultant).
From a visual point of view, this is a question for designers)
