How to make an inexpensive case for a startup?

Hello. I am engaged in a startup, now small sales are going on, a la according to acquaintances. Cases are still being made on a printer, we print either to order or from friends. I critically dislike the quality of such cases, it looks cheap, because the layers are visible. You need to sit for several hours to grind to bring it back to normal.

I'm leaning towards some sort of casting. Our companies ask for 10 thousand for 1 building, this is at least the whole cost.

Can you recommend something from our or foreign companies? I would like to come to the cost of 800-1500 per case. The figure is probably fantastic, but if there is something like that, please share your experience.
Maybe not casting, the main thing is that it should not be very expensive.

I talked to the creator of Flipper, they make cases from SLS in China for prototypes. Specifically, I haven’t searched yet, it’s repulsive that no one has prices indicated.
