How to make an HTML5 banner rubbery so that it stretches to full screen?
Colleagues!
We were faced with the task of making an HTML5 banner not of a fixed size, but of a rubber one, so that it occupies 100% of the screen both in height and in width. The banner is simple, but it needs to look good both at 320x480 and 1024x768. Of course, it will be shown on mobile devices.
Is this even possible? And if not, what could be the workarounds?
Thanks

I once did a layout where the design was drawn at 600px in width and it had to be dragged to any resolution, but not just dragged, but to keep everything in its place. It turned out like this and a combination with media queries
