What are we talking about? About the transfer from the website of the base of buyers as counterparties to your accounting department? Or maybe about auto-registration of new users for your on-line system?
In the first case, it is easier to make an HTTP service and pass all the data on your counterparty in the request body.
In the second case, there are options. Up to the point that your site itself will act as an authorization server for OAuth 2, which is supported by the 1C8 platform.
