Good afternoon
The task is to implement an auto-reply bot for WhatsApp. Approximate functionality as on chat2desk.com. Looked at the application for Android "Autoresponder for WA" is not quite right. I looked at several developments on Payton until I found the right one.
Approximate functionality should be like this . The Select your topic
menu should appear
: send menu item number.
Select the topic of the appeal: send the number of the menu item.
1 - Support / Technical support
2 - Sales / Sales
3 - Accounting / Accounting.
4 - Other info info
The customer enters a number. Moves to the next menu or displays some information.
How to implement this is there any service. With what help to implement this menu-bot.

in short, now there is no way - WhatsApp cut everything except the web version through which a full-fledged bot cannot be made.
