How long does it take to approve an application on Facebook (API Send)?

Hello!
We are developing a chat bot for Facebook, we encountered a problem that the application has been around for about 2 weeks. We decided that perhaps we requested too many rights for Webhook notifications, although we do not need them, and the application is checked because of this longer.
Removed almost all notifications via Webhook, filed again. More than 7 days have passed - the application has not been approved or rejected either. Previously, it was indicated that applications are checked for about 5 working days, now nothing is written at all in terms of deadlines.

In both cases, the situation was such that testers from Facebook wrote to our bot on the first day of testing and checked its performance. And the rest of the days nothing happens.
Perhaps someone has come across or right now is also trying to pass moderation on SendAPI.

The problem is changing the algorithm for receiving applications, so now everything is taking so long.
