Your help is extremely important. You need to make an auction system on WordPress. How can you implement the output of records in certain positions with payment for the positions he needs (but if someone else pays more, then the person will lose in the positions of the posts)? Attached an example.

Suppose there are no paid postings on the site and person "A" will pay 50 rubles for the first position. But suddenly a person "B" came and paid 100 rubles and a person "A" is already descending by 2,3,5 and 10, and so on.

It is not very clear that you are selling a place in the ranking or still a product.
If it's a product, then people don't have to pay to raise the rate. you will have to return the transferred amounts to those who did not get the goods, and this is% of the payment systems from your pocket. Simply store your bids in a table and send a message to the buyer at the end of the auction with max. rate, if he does not pay for the goods within N hours, then lower his rating (-2) and send a message to the next one on the list, etc. If the user's rating is -N (for example, -6), then he is not allowed to bid , each purchase increases the rating (+1). Well, and accordingly, each new bid increases the cost of the goods, the refusal of the purchase returns the previous value, etc.
