How to make an application output sound to another device?

There is an application made on electon, it is necessary that only this application output sound from the built-in voice synthesizer to another device, even crutch methods will do. I tried to set a different output device on all other programs, but on regular chrome / firefox there is no such setting.

There is no such thing there, the application has no idea about system devices, the sound is output exactly by the browser and not to the device, to the system mixer, which in turn sends sound to the device by default from the windows settings, that's where you can choose another sound system, only all system the sounds will go there too..

Write your own application for the OS, force it to be downloaded and installed by users, and the application is already scripted with the necessary script... . As a result, it will be possible to yank on the server the function of calling the script for switching sound devices from default to the necessary ones ....
Well, such moments as the cost of development in a hundred lyams support for different devices or pay lemons for those already ready for commercial use), there may be many compatibility problems, and in order to force users to install software for themselves, 24/7 support due to many bugs, we will omit ... The main thing that canmaybe it will work somehow for someone to work through all these "crutch methods" ...
