I suspect that I will be directed towards After Effects - I do not mind. It's just important for me to decide which tool to learn to create such things. Perhaps there are better options.
Also, you will probably often need support for controlling the playback of these videos. Those. so that you can scroll through these animated slides from the keyboard, so that you get a full-fledged presentation. Perhaps this will require two independent tools: in one to create the animated slides themselves in the form of short videos, and in the other to assemble them into a controlled presentation. But the videos are only After Effects, the only way to make your life easier is to download plugins
for example: Animation Composer...
Only in your videos 3d was used, you need to additionally understand at least superficially in
cinema 4d or any 3d modeling program and know how the Element plugin works 3d.
