How to make an alert when the Internet is lost?
The task is, with a sound signal, to notify about the loss of the Internet (namely, the Internet, not the network). OS windows 7. Either my hands are crooked, or the logic has turned off, but neither I, nor Google, they can help me, they constantly give out unknown crap about social research, car accessories, audio-video equipment.
I tried to install the ping alarm program (the only thing I found among the wilds of garbage links), it is stupid. He sees the first disconnection of the network, then he sees that the network has appeared, but he no longer reacts to the second disconnection.
I am sure that there is some simple solution from any set of small useful utilities. Or a script, but, alas, I don’t know how to write them.
I will be glad for any help.

You can change the sound there to connect and disconnect the Internet.
