How to make an administrator chatbot without programming?

How can I make a bot like a chat with support.
Do you need a person to write something to the bot after /start , let's say some question and the administrator saw these messages and answered on behalf of the bot?
Without programming and not @LivegramBot but very similar.
I didn't like that all the dialogs were in a heap and the inscription "This bot was created with the help of @LivegramBot"
