How to make ALL Android applications work through a proxy?

Hello! I'm trying to sniff the traffic of some application, but it turned out that it does not use the system proxy (or is it working through a different port?). Thus, I installed Proxy Droid, which uses root rights, and seems to even prescribe a proxy in iptables.
But the requests of this application are still not visible in the sniffer. Others, however, appear perfectly in the log.
Please tell me how to set up the system so that all applications work through a proxy?
Thank you!

Is it important to sniff through a proxy?
An application can work directly with the network, and never want to be explored.
Usually a special access point is created, so it is convenient to intercept, study and modify traffic on the fly...
You can also capture traffic on the phone itself, but this is not always convenient.
