How to make access to the web server through the switch and gateway?

Good afternoon!
There is a tsiska in which several ports are divided into VLANs (G1 & G2 - VLAN2; 3 & 4 - VLAN3) the organization's ip 192.168.2.50/22 comes to the G1 gigabit port. Next, G2 is connected to 1 port (Internet PoE) of Mikrotik (G2 tagged port). VLANs are also installed on Mikrotik (the 1st port has VLAN ID 2, the 2nd port has VLAN ID 3). The first port was assigned a static IP 192.168.2.50/22, the second: 10.100.50.2/24. From the second port of Mikrotik there is a cable to the 4 tagged port of the tsiska, and from port 3 directly to the web server. Web and port 2 of Mikrotik are in the same vlan.
NAT has been configured on the egress interface VLAN1. There are no firewall rules as such.
I tried to use them to allow traffic from the web server to 192.168.2.50, nothing happened. Mikrotik cannot ping its vlan1 and vlan2, but mikrotik vlan1 pings to the dns server.
And access to the web server is necessary, for example, from a PC with the following data: ip: 192.168.0.10/22 gateway: 192.168.0.4 DNS: 192.168.0.2.
Please tell me what's wrong? Which direction to go 5eef1331bc61a150792826.jpeg?
