After updating to 60.0.1, a new tab opens empty, but I would like to see the express panel with popular tabs. I specify the start page about: home in the settings, but it is not saved. I press "restore to default" - it did not help. I tried to make a bookmark from about: home and specify this bookmark as the start one - it does not work. What else can you try?

If you need an express panel (speeddial), then this is about: newtab, and about: home is like the official start page, it used to be, but for some reason I now have speeddial in both cases.
