How to make a Yandex map in height to full screen?

Code The Yandex site says that the height of the map can be a maximum of 720px. Can this be bypassed somehow? I found a Google map in Google in height by 100%, but I need a Yandex map.
Another question about positioning. Maybe I don't understand correctly. I have a contacts block (set to relative) it has a logo and a form block (set to both absolute) why do logo and form count from the bottom of the contacts block? And they should, in fact, from the beginning of the document.
