How to make a windows update notification?

Faced the problem that users do not restart their PC to install windows updates. It is also fraught with me to do this remotely (there may be unsaved documents), so there is only one way out in my opinion - to get the user with notifications so that he himself restarts his computer.
The point is that you need to make a simple batch file or ps that will be launched on all computers in stealth mode and check, for example, every 10 minutes for updates (in the update center) or other errors / system requests to restart it, etc.
those. for any message in the update center, except for "Windows does not need updates .." you need to make it so that a notification appears (the simplest one) in which it will be written that you need to restart the PC to install updates.
I would be VERY grateful if you could help me realize this idea.

@Theon

Just enable automatic updates everywhere, with download and installation. There are programs for autoreboot of any computer device.
