How to make a white IP for a 4g modem on a virtual server with Mikrotik Cloud Hosted Router?

So there is a server on VPS for a penny bought 44r per month) (white IP 100 Mbps channel). It has a cloud version of RouterOS (CHR).
There is a home Mikrotik to it 4g router (gray IP), on a 4g DMZ router to Mikrotik.
At home there is a NAS and other equipment that requires direct access by IP address.
Task: knock on port X on the server address in the cloud and get into the network at home on the NAS.
VPN site to site and forwarding did not help.

Haven't decided yet. Maybe so
CHR router
ip 91.203.XX.115
VPN 172.16.10.1 client (home router) 172.16.10.10
at home router
ip gray
network 192.168.50.0
NAS 192.168.50.111
I also found in nas that he, as a vpn client himself, can cling to his ip when connected to CHR 172.16.10.11
masquerade on both sides did not help
