How to make a WebView in Unity?

Hello everyone, I have a need for a WebView in Unity, who knows how to do it? where to look? where, what to read?)
I surfed the Internet, found only Assets, but I would like to understand and learn myself.
To make it clearer, I want my Unity to roughly speaking become a Browser. So that all URLs open in the application, and not open them in a third-party browser.

There is no such functionality out of the box, only through the plugin, there are several in the store to choose from. If you ask such questions, then do not write the browser yourself, it is better to buy a plugin.
