You need to create a page (website) where there will be a player with switching the broadcast to Russian / English.

There is an image stream from the ip camera, it is transmitted via rtsp + the sound clings through the sound equipment screwed to it.
+ sometimes you need to have the same picture with an English translation.
And you need to switch between them on the site.

I plan to take 2 computers, they have 2 obs programs. From the 1st computer, the sound with the picture is captured and given to the created page with the player.
From the second computer, the picture + sound from the usb microphone is captured, and it is also given to the site on the Internet.

In short, the same thing as if on twitch or YouTube, only your site.

The camera does not have access to the outside, if that.
