How to make a website - like a blog - so that half of the entries are articles and half are sponsored links?

I found a site today - I wanted to create something like this. But I don’t know how to implement it at all, to be honest ...
Here is a link to the site that I found - half of the entries are ordinary - and half are advertising ...
How can I implement this? Is it some kind of engine (CMS) used there? Or a self-written one?

And most importantly - if it is some exclusive self-written engine, is it possible to implement something similar on wordpress? Or some other free engine?

1) That site is not on WP
2) You can make a couple of functions on WP, indicating when adding an article that this is an article or a link. When outputting, you check for that condition and indicate that it would use the link to go to the blog or go to the page that you specified through custom fields
