How to make a website an application?

There are some mini-browsers that can open as an application in several instances and show one site configured in the instance. I don’t remember the names, and I heard about this on Windows.

I want to make a Bitrix24 client. There is an application for Linux on the github, but there is only a messenger, and the tape redirects to the site .. So, is it possible to make an application site? Whatever I opened as an application, it stored cookies and showed notifications if the site sends notifications. Is there such an application?

I have OpenSUSE KDE

why reinvent the wheel when you can run your browser in kiosk mode ?
in bubuntu 21.04/mint 20.1, this is implemented as Web Apps
, and other distros may have something similar.
