Linux mint installer not seeing windows 10?

Hello everyone. I want to install to Windows 10, linux mint. In general, I download mint to a USB flash drive and run it, but the mint installer does not see the top ten. What should I do? If, what about windows 10 ltsc 2019.
Before that, I downloaded Linux distributions, but after one time, Windows crashed due to the installation of Linux, and I installed another one, but also Ltsc. (Only that one was 2018, and this one was 2019.
I also noticed that before my Windows flew off, but it was called windows manager or something like that, and when I downloaded the new one, it began to be called as the Name of the ssd disk (in my case, Windows became known as Apacer, etc. the name of the ssd)

@bagda2808

and the mint installer does not see the top ten

What would that mean?
How did you mint "download to a USB flash drive"? Did you download the iso image and copy it to a flash drive? Or did you write the image to a USB flash drive using a special program?
Most likely you have windows installed in UEFI and you install Linux in Legacy. You need either everything in uefi or everything in legacy.
