How to make a voice forum on Drupal?

Please tell me how to do this on Drupal:
The same as the forum, only voice, the user clicks on the button to create a message, y or answer, on the create / answer page there is a button to record, when clicked, the microphone is recorded, and when clicked on the stop button , is saved by clicking on the send post to the forum button. No flash normal buttons.
