Guys, I need a hint, or rather, a ready-made solution is desirable.
I have a group, I need people to write a message through the button in the group - Send a message - and the bot would automatically answer them, they would naturally send commands and receive answers to their questions. And if there is no answer to the question that worries them, they would write a command, let's say - Operator - and connect it with the operator. I saw this in one group, I don’t understand how to implement it.

If everything rests on a group / public, then the callback api will help you. If you need a ready-made solution, then only freelance.
