It has a link to invite chat participants.
A person clicking on this link sends a request to join the chat.
Actually this question:
How to make a telegram bot, which, after a person sent a request to join the chat, the bot sent a private message (as from an administrator) with a question. And after that, when the participant sends the correct answer (keyword), the Bot automatically accepted the request to join the chat, and if the answer was not correct (keyword), it would ask the question again.
