How to make a telegram notification if I check in somewhere in swarm?
Essence of the question:
1) I check in at some institution using the swarm application
2) A person receives a notification in a telegram or in the telegram room where I checked in
How to implement this?

If Swarm does not know how to use webhooks on its own, then you can try using Zapier https://zapier.com/zapbook/swarm/webhook/
