1) I am looking for a messenger under ubuntu in which it is possible to authorize several telegram accounts
2) I have a desire to write myself, but I don’t know where to dig (I understand that in the direction of python + pyqt, but I’m afraid I’ll kill a lot of time)

ps I watched various applications and I it seemed that authorization of several accounts is possible only through the web version.

Wait, what does the regular Telegram client do not suit you? It has the ability to work with multiple accounts, both under Linux (Ubuntu) and under Windows.
