How to make a survey in Woocommerce profile?

There is a task to make a survey of users in the Woocommerce profile. After registration, they need to answer a few questions by filling in the required fields in their profile. The data from these fields should be displayed in the same place. You do not need to send any letters with answers or notifications to the admin.
How can this be implemented? Do not offer Woocommerce custom fields plugins and the like, since in these plugins all custom fields in the account go into registration. Hiding these fields or removing hooks in the registration form doesn't help.
