How to make a static IP address if the provider does not provide such an opportunity?
I was connected to the Internet from MGTS. Six months later, a static IP address was required, I called the technical support service, and they said that they do not provide such services, even for money. How do I get a static IP for a Linux SBC without changing ISP?

Mhm.
In short - "bring" an ip address from another server. For example, here it is described for linux. Of course, the traffic will first pass through an external server, and then come to your piece of iron through a vpn tunnel (or any other).
Search Google for a "VPN with a dedicated ip address" that suits the price, in my manual read how to set up routing on the client. You can search for a virtual machine with two ip addresses and rent it (only NOT openvz). And with it, everything is already set up according to my article.
depends on the purpose, context and environment.
if access to the house with this connection will be from mobile devices - one kind of solution, DynDNS, etc., and if the access is stationary - from the office home, for example, or from another house where there is an IP - look towards OpenVPN on routers under DD-WRT , OpenWRT
