How to make a socks proxy from your PC?

Good day!

I want to make a SOCKS 5 proxy from my working PC. The idea is to get the IP address of a working PC from home and go to sites where a list of allowed IPs is displayed, which includes a work network, but does not include a home one. Now I do it through RDP, but it's not very convenient. The situation is complicated by the fact that I am not a PC administrator, so I can only use portable software. I tried to download 3proxy and ccproxy - the antivirus swears.
