Now I want to do everything according to my mind, but the question arose. Everywhere they write that the site is made based on the semantic core. I don't quite understand how this happens. I understand how to assemble it, there are a lot of videos on this topic, but what to do next?

Let's say I want the site to look like this: main -> 5 categories in the menu -> from each of the 5 categories there are 5 subcategories -> in the product subcategory. What are my actions at this stage? When creating a design.
