How to make a site application on WebView?

Need to whip up an android site application.
I installed android studio, found an example for inserting a WebView block, indicated the site to be opened in this window, compiled the application, but there are several problems:
1. Links on the site open in the browser.
2. js does not work.
3. At the top there is a strip with the name of the application.
4. I would also like to save authorization when restarting.
How to implement all this? Perhaps there is a ready-made project for such an application, where you can only enter the site address and compile the application?
