How to make a single menu for several sites?

Good afternoon
Maybe someone has already found a solution, I will be glad if you tell me. There are a number of disparate web resources that we use in our work: 1c web interface, crm, aster call details, zabbix, gmail mail, etc. To integrate this whole zoo into something unified (for example, openerp) there will not be enough strength, and even desire. Is there any solution to at least combine this all into a single menu?
A conditional employee enters a conditional intra.example.com and at the top he has a menu of 50 pixels, in which the items are: 1c, CRM, Aster, zabbix, gmail. And no matter what he chose in this menu, on any of these resources she would be present at the top.

In part, you can figure out how, but gmail .. hmm, I guess it’s easier to concoct some kind of plugin for browsers here.

It depends, of course, on the layout'a device ...
I would put it in statics and substitute as is in the HTML of each resource.
The iframe solution is, of course, tempting ...
But then it will be very, very difficult to get away from them, you can consider that this will be a solution forever.

everything is very bad. I'm doing exactly this at work right now. We took opencart as a basis, put three stores there, screwed crm, 1C and local resources. The bottom line is that all companies maintain 1C or the crm structure is very different, which ultimately results in the fact that you have to do everything by hand (well, at least 80% of all work)
