The idea is this - you need to do something like a sound generator, but with a certain frequency for android. In what language? And how can this be done at all? Do not offer ready-made programs :)

You have a bad habit - to ask the same question, I have a little sense of the question.
The language is obviously Java (as you were told earlier), but if you ask it, it's better to hire a programmer or take the trouble to get acquainted with the basics of Android development.
