What do you recommend remote access app for android?

Teamviewer has become very bad - access to the phones of my grandparents is considered commercial use. Despite the fact that I use 5-10 minutes per session every two to three months.
What you need:
1. Constantly be able to gain control over the phone - see the screen and make clicks.
2. Without root.
As far as I understand, the main problems are with pressing the screen. Teamviewer has a mode - show the phone screen and on this controlled screen somehow show the cursor where you need to click. As a very extreme option is also suitable.
Older people have a very distracted attention, it is difficult to get them to launch what they need and find any element on the screen.
Permanent access - this means that on the managed phone:
- no need to run anything every time (only install and configure once)
- no need to search and dictate any codes
- backwards compatibility of new versions
I.e. so that I can always, at any time, log into the managed phone. Even a year after the last login without updating the application.
Really, a reliable and stable emergency management channel is really needed, and it is far from always possible to go to another city to help a grandfather who has ruined something.
