Website on wordpress, I want to add a simple test with a few steps. In each of which they offer 2-3 options for a picture to choose from, where only one is correct. When you click on any, a message appears with a description of why it is correct or not, a button for moving to the next question appears. In the end, depending on the number of correct ones, the user receives one or another result.

It seems that this is the simplest thing you can think of, there should be a typical solution. But everything I found in plugins is extremely confusing and complicated. How to implement the described logic? A third-party service that can be integrated into the site is also suitable.
