Good evening! Actually, the question is this: a group of people needs to take a survey from one PC, but the site parses information about the IP and computer system, as a result of which only the very first vote is taken into account, all the rest are considered invalid because they were left from the same computer. Is there some program that imitates another PC, like those that imitate the IP of another country?

There is :) A virtual machine manager is called;) Install VirtualBox, create a dozen virtual machines, to guarantee each install different versions of browsers - donkey, FF, chrome, YaB, opera.
