Can you please tell me how to develop a simple game like Trivia/Quiz?

Important introductory - I'm not a programmer, I'm a marketer, a commercial person. I understand something - not much.
I looked at the buildbox - to prescribe a separate tile for each question - a hassle (500+ questions are planned).

Ideally, at the end, get a game for Android / iOS, with leaderboard support, coins for correct answers, hints and other standard whistles

To begin with, it would be nice to learn the basics of development - for example, why databases are needed and how to use them. Then master the syntax of Java/Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS, read about the SDK... Then there will be no questions "on what to do".
There is a slightly easier option - first make a game in HTML + PHP + MySQL on the web, this is a little easier and will allow you to better understand the basics.
And, as they correctly wrote, if there is no experience, sometimes it is better to turn to specialists.
