want to make a menu like in the picture

Both lists change dynamically, the first one is organized through a recyclerview so that it can stretch, the second one has difficulties, its element should look like this:

At first I wanted to make a nested recyclerview, but there were difficulties that I could not master, like I found a solution on stackoverflow, but it's quite cumbersome and I don't understand what's going on there. I think it can use a fragment, it should work, but I don’t know how to attach this fragment to the recyclerview, maybe there are other options?
