How to make a shared mailbox in dovecot like in ms exchange?

Colleagues, prompt on a subject, please.

How I see the implementation
1. In postfix do (if I'm not mistaken) smtp_generic_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/generic_maps

[email protected] [email protected]
[email protected] [email protected]
So that user1 and user2 can send letters on behalf of [email protected]
2. Make settings according to the documentation - https://wiki.dovecot.org/SharedMailboxes/Shared
3. Share all folders of the shared mailbox ([email protected]) as needed users (user1 and user2)
doveadm acl add -u office INBOX user=user1 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office Sent user=user1 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office Trash user=user1 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office Drafts user=user1 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office INBOX user=user2 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office Sent user=user2 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office Trash user=user2 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete
doveadm acl add -u office Drafts user=user2 lookup read write write-seen write-deleted insert post expunge create delete

4. Make a Sieve script for user1 and user2, so that if outgoing mail leaves the office address, then move this letter to Office/Sent. Does Sieve work for outgoing mail?
5. What about the trash and drafts so that they are stored in the [email protected] mailbox?

Can you tell me if there is a better and/or simpler solution?

Or maybe it is possible to make several logins-passwords for one mailbox, so that each user enters the [email protected] mailbox under his own login?
